Our company came out of Y Combinator in 2015. Since then we've grown to 1000+ remote workers, with strong venture-backing (including Sequoia Capital) and over $30M in funding to date. We are fully remote across Asia and US time zones.
Why this role exists
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is eager, driven, and detail-oriented, to handle administrative work. This includes research, data collection, preparation, scheduling, and email management. You will need to be comfortable reaching out to people in the US by phone or email, as well.
What your responsibilities are: * You will do administrative work such as research, data gathering, report preparation, scheduling, and email management.
You will schedule meetings using outlook
You will prepare documents for meetings
You will recruit leads online using different platforms, particularly Indeed
You will conduct phone interviews
You will call clients to request or follow up on documents and manage customer relationship
Requirements
Knows how to draft proper business and/or technical writing materials.
Has the ability to project a professional tone for over-the-phone interviews.
Capable of doing spreadsheets and other data-driven platforms.
Basic WFH equipment requirement:
laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software.
Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
4GB RAM
Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
Headset for video calls
