Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the ongoing development of the company’s dealer network by ensuring that its dealer organization provides the facilities according to corporate standards.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the development, implementation and administration of programs and standards designed to enhance the image of the Dealer Network including the coordination and administration of the corporate identity standards.
Provides recommendation in the design and layout plans of Dealer Applicants to ensure quality of design and deliver the best plan for the dealer network.
Conducts regular site visits, reviews, updates, and reports of the on-going construction and/or renovation of the company’s dealer network.
Works with the Dealer and Business Development Team to establish a set of general and specific procedures for the appointment and/or relocation of a dealership.
Project Management for new and/or renovated dealerships in coordination with the company’s suppliers and the dealerships construction team.
Requirements:
Graduate of Architecture or Engineering ( Civil, Structural, Mechanical)
With at least 3 years of experience Construction and Project Management
Knowledgeable in Autocad and 3D design softwares.
Proficient on MS Office
Has Initiative
Self-motivated
Hardworking
Analytical, matured and has a strong sense of responsibility.
Result driven, focused and professional
Proficient in spreadsheet and presentations
Willing to travel
