Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job:
Building and maintaining relationships with onshore and offshore Banks, Fund Managers, Investment Houses, and other Family Offices in order to create a pipeline of new investment ideas and structures.
Applying Novel Capital's investment thesis to pre-screen investment ideas and structures, and subsequently endorsing selected ideas to the investment analysis team.
Managing administrative and operational aspects of relationships with aforementioned counterparties.
Joining client presentations on new/specific investment structures or ideas.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Ensuring consistent flow of new investment ideas and structures. This will involve building pipeline infrastructure with partner banks, investment houses, fund managers, and family offices.
Understanding and applying Novel's investment theses.
Consistently managing relationships with external counterparties.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business or finance related course
Finance-related certifications or charters, such as CFA is a plus.
7-10 years experience in financial/investing analysis investment sales experience a plus. International exposure (even if locally employed) also a plus.
