About Client Service & Delivery
Client Service & Delivery is part of the Corporate Bank. Client Service & Delivery is all about delivering best-in-class service to our corporate and institutional clients worldwide. Client Service & Delivery partners business areas across Corporate Coverage, Cash Management, Trade Finance and Lending, FX, Trust & Agency Services, and Securities Services, and is integral in providing a holistic client experience for major corporate and financial institutions.
Your key responsibilities
Integrate and Strengthen cross product servicing teams in Corporate Banking to deliver excellent client experience
Customer Value Creation through active Client Account Management to maintain revenue and also to grow revenue; Achieve synergies and create a unified CSD execution in-country; Act as escalation point for in country issues
Foster dialogue between in-country respective departments to review any identified process issues / efficiencies and implement any in-country agreed plan
Identify in-country key risk and drive implementation of solutions locally; Ensure issues, challenges impacting CSD be reported to Regional CSD Head
Collaborate with Coverage and Sales to evaluate and drive client servicing needs through new product opportunities and deepening relationships to identify cross sell, sourcing for new business and work improvement opportunities
Your skills and experience
Extensive years of experience in leading teams or similar environment in a financial institution with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills - ability to relate to different levels of clients and internal stakeholders
A good understanding of cash management products, trade services, securities will be advantage
Strong technical experience will be an advantage in the digital world; Solution oriented and good attention to detail - and able to follow through from fact finding to final execution and keeping clients updated.
Client centricity and ability to handle clients and build a strong rapport
Strong team player with an ability to work with different cultural backgrounds
