You might be the one we're looking for!
· Bachelor's degree holder or associate graduate
· At least 6 months BPO experience is required
· Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and technology concepts
· Can communicate in English
· At least 20mbps internet speed and workspace suitable for work-at-home
