WHAT IS A COLLECTIONS OFFICER Our awesome client, a leading Finance based in Australia is looking for an Collections Officer to be part of their Team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clients, suppliers introducer's with contract information over the phone and email. Assist Client, Supplier Introducer with Payout requests Identify why the client is requesting a payout relay this to the supplier introducer (if applicable) Ensure Monthly End of Term Notifications is sent out monthly and action clients responses. Phone or Email payouts to client, supplier or introducer Ensure all payouts requested or issued is updated within our leasing management system. Finalize contract in database once payout is received Provide clients, suppliers introducer's with contract information over the phone and email. Action funder arrears reports on a weekly and monthly basis Liaise with client and financers to arrange payment plans Maintain notes in our database WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Minimum of 2' experience in a similar role Experience working with offshore clients and management is required Strong written verbal communication skills Strong Excel skills are an advantage. Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify and troubleshoot through problems Proficiency in the use of English, both written and verbal Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency High energy, team orientated Excellent management / organisational skills Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must High learning aptitude with the ability to unsupervised Confident to practice responsible transparency at all times Proactive approach to service delivery and unafraid to place forward relevant initiatives Must demonstrate initiative and a 'can do' attitude - solutions-oriented and results focused Willing to onsite in BGC, Taguig in a dayshift
