DATABASE ANALYST / COMPUTER HARDWARE & SOFTWARE PRODUCT SPECIALIST
 
We are seeking for people who are Computer Enthusiast or people with experience in IT sales. They must have a can-do attitude to hit the ground running when they join our data team. Willingness to learn new methods of analysing data. The successful applicant's primary role is to update, maintain and support the data information which is use by our clients in software applications and eCommerce sites.
 
Job Responsibilities
Can accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely
Must pay keen attention to detail within a job, situation, report, event, plan, activity, etc., to ensure that information is complete and accurate, and all other aspects are attended to properly and adequately; and to follow up with those involved to ensure that agreements and commitments are fulfilled.
Can identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues using various problem-solving tools and techniques.
Must use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and/or reaching conclusions. Ability to act consistent with available facts, constraints, and anticipated consequences.
Must maintain and safeguard the confidentiality of certain information and matters being entrusted.
Knowledge of appropriate data/information to be collected, reported and monitored. Ability to extract, compile, assimilate, organize and store in printed and electronic form such data/information required for reporting and monitoring purposes.
This role will suit dedicated applicant who possesses the following:
At least a college degree or 2 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry
Experience in IT sales division is an advantage
Experience in using the latest Microsoft Office365 applications
Able to interpret and analyst data information

Excellent communication and speaking skills in English
High attention to details, creative and good analytical skills
Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
