The Associate Reporting and Data Visualization Analyst is responsible for the production of a wide range of reports, analyses, and visual dashboards to provide strategic business analysis services to Human Capital and Talent Acquisition and serves a pivotal role in transformative efforts to proactively identify trends within our business.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, day-to-day management and delivery of analyses and data visualizations
Collaborate & communicate effectively to identify analytic objectives and approach
Document business and functional requirements for dashboards
Extract data from systems and write programming code required to clean, transform, analyze, and visualize the resulting datasets
Ensure that deliverables are produced on time and error-free
Translate business needs into reusable data shapes that generate actionable insights through professional reporting formats (presentation or written)
Identify issues, concerns, and ongoing trends at the partner, tech, and process levels
Work with executive management to define and track KPIs, benchmarks and partner segmentation
Disseminate results of analysis to appropriate teams/leadership and be available to support follow up projects
Self-direct and prioritize incoming requests for analysis projects
Work with management to identify and measure successful and failing strategies and identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret analytic output
Proven ability to create data visualizations that are well designed and tell a compelling visual story
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter, self-educating and self-motivated with an insatiable curiosity
Manage personal tasks & workload with ability to prioritize and multitask
Advanced Excel knowledge
Effective communication skills for writing reports and supporting presentations
Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skill
Power Pivot and Power Query experience preferred
Deep experience using data extraction and analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, or R
Intermediate to advanced experience with data visualization tools such Power BI is required
Working knowledge of unstructured data analysis tools is a plus
