We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, with a focus on data management and analytics. The HubSpot Data Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized data within the HubSpot platform, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data integrity within the HubSpot CRM platform.
Regularly update and cleanse contact, company, and deal records.
Implement best practices for data hygiene and quality assurance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into HubSpot.
Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.
Generate custom reports as requested by stakeholders.
Offer support to users encountering data-related challenges.
Stay updated on HubSpot features and updates to maximize platform capabilities.
Customize HubSpot settings to align with the organization's specific needs.
Configure properties, workflows, and automation rules for optimal efficiency.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand data requirements.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced English level
Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
