Provides technical guidance and support to the support teams in resolving incidents, problems and implementing change requests in the solution developed using SSIS, SQL DB and Tableau
Perform administration, resolving issue and maintaining/monitoring database and reporting servers supported by the BI and data management solution using MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL including monitoring, performance tuning and scheduling, security backup of databases and recovery
Perform end to end solution analysis proactively to identify areas for improvements to achieve system stability, data integrity and automate processes to drive business value
Perform hands on to fix incidents/problems and implement enhancements to the database servers, SSIS, SQL script and Tableau applications following standards and best practices
Assist delivery team to transition develop applications between difference environment from development, testing, staging and into production system
Perform installation, setup and configuration and performance tuning of database and reporting servers in a multi-cluster environment
Ensure the technical delivery is fully compliant with IT and Regulatory standards, leveraging the full capabilities of the software to meet the business needs
Proactively support stakeholder and other IT department to develop and deliver continuous improvement of applications portfolio to enhance user productivity, increase system reliability
Create and maintains technical documentation up to date in support of the DevOps practice and for audits/reviews
Additional Responsibilities:
Resource analysis, performance, tuning, efficiency of database and reporting servers and tools set
Designing data warehouse schemas and implementing ETL
Managing backup solutions, maintenance plans and other related Database administration
Development of dashboards using Tableau Software.
Other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Main Requirements:
Advanced problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

Experience working directly with business area stakeholders and working within a project team
Strong understanding of Data warehouse modeling and approach
Well verse in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL code/scripting such as stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
Experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture
Troubleshooting and resolving database and report issues such as integrity, performance, replication, connectivity, recovery, and security.
Understanding of Database architecture and infrastructure, hardware and software
Experience in installation, setup and configuration of database and reporting system in multiple cluster and geographical location
Understanding of information security concepts and data privacy regulations
Experience in database development and support tool such as Microsoft SQL (SQL management Tool, SSIS, SSAS), MySQL, and Oracle databases
Ability to design and implement a major new technology or system, a major modification to a mission-critical system, or develop new programs and systems by working with IT Managers/BA and end users to define requirements, functional specifications and design specifications.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred (SequelMed, eClinicalWorks (eCW), NextGen, HL7, EPM, EHR, etc.),
Applicable Microsoft certifications preferred.
Experience with PowerShell, C#, or Python is a plus.
General Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science and related courses
At least 3-5 years' experience in database and BI solution support
