IT / DATA PROCESSING ASSOCIATE

Role Description
The IT/DP Associate will be handling data processing and quality control of assigned daily and monthly processes, as well as managing the operations of computers and their peripherals, both hardware and software.
Role Responsibilities
Processes and quality checks daily data deliverable to internal and external clients for TAM and TV Programs, Breaks and Adex/Spots Data.
Sends daily TV Adex data to client and coordinates with client if there are queries received.
Quality checks the data received for the mentioned services and coordinates with DP Manager and CS group.
Coordinates and provides suppliers on video requests for TV Programs and spots daily data.
Assists in checking of data tables for ES, Media adhoc projects
Assists in checking programs and ratings for TV Diary and Radio Diary services.
Coordinates with suppliers on the deliverables needed for the daily TV Program logs and TV Spots; monthly databases for Radio and Print Adex.
Provides resolution of any error that affects daily operations, and supports adhoc projects (i.e. Establishment Surveys, Media Hub, TV Diary, Radio Diary, Digital AdEx etc.) on the deliverables
Operates and monitors the operations of computers and their peripherals under the direct supervision to achieve a correct and desired output especially for EAR, DCS machines.
Assembles necessary input and output materials for each computer run
Ensures all maintenance checks are carried out and advise management of machine load problems or program deficiencies
Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment for main office and regional offices.
Provides assistance to IT Executive/Senior on testing of new technology or third party products and technology that can be used for the business.
Provides assistance in sourcing equipment and peripherals that are not available in the current suppliers of the company.
Assists IT Executive in the inventory of IT equipment of the company. § Coordinates with contact persons for hardware and software faults in the absence of the IT Manager and Executive.
Assists in the technical needs of a new project/service of the company.
Coordinates with other departments for the additional requirement of the current service or new requirements for new service being established (adding of new channels, new servers, new software).
Coordinates with associates in regional offices with regards to the operations and maintenance of the computer hardware and software in the area (i.e. London and/or Singapore team)
Performs other related functions that may be assigned.
Role Requirements
College Diploma in Computer Science or other equivalent course
2+ years in data processing or information system technology environment
