What you will do:
Execute non-voice transaction processing, including data entry and ticket management coursed through email, with accuracy and efficiency
Closely follow process workflows and support in the implementation of initiatives and projects as directed by leadership
Take ownership of challenging or complex tickets by following through to resolution and escalating when necessary
Engage and lead vendors to a resolution they understand and can simulate through post-contact instructions or self-help tools that we will provide
Who you are:
At least 3 years of experience in data-driven/process-oriented operations or customer service.
At least a year of SME or Jr. Team Lead experience for the Senior DPA role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills in English
Ability to learn and master new customer systems
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
