Data Management Coordinator

Position Overview
The Data Management Coordinator for the Technology team is responsible for assisting with managing internal data and properly formatting and aligning it for marketing automation initiatives. This includes looking up sales and client data in our internal systems (CRM) and appending it to marketing data, organizing excel spreadsheets for system upload, working with the digital marketing team and predictive marketing analysts to gather data, and other data-driven activities. They will need to have excel experience and a high attention to detail for this role.
As a Data Management Coordinator, you will:
Look up sales alignment data for lead pass initiatives
Format Excel spreadsheets to adhere to data quality and be in an upload ready format.
Will be the go-to for sales alignment lookup within the CRM and within sales orgs.
Provide timely responses and execute with a deep focus on attention to the details.
Work collaboratively with fellow marketing teammates, managers and senior leaders to help align internal sales and client data to various initiatives.

Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
