This individual will c Assignment Detail Industry: Software Job Description Data Import Specialist - Experienced The Data Import Specialist is responsible for managing the import of personal health data from Client's Insurance Carrier Partners. This individual will create a series of SQL scripts and queries that will allow the import of data onto Client's software platform. This individual will use analytical and problem solving skills to find and eliminate errors found during the data import process. He/She will be responsible for rewriting queries until data is imported with no discrepancies. The Import Specialist will work closely with Client Services, Implementation and Data Exchange teams to ensure the successful import of clients' data. Skillset needed for Data Import Specialist: BA/BS degree required emphasis in Computer Science or Statistics preferred Previous experience writing SQL scripts/queries is preferred. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic software development company Work independently with minimal day-to-day guidance Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment and/or health insurance industry preferred
