RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure customers are provided with the highest level of service within Company guidelines
All required service levels are maintained and delivered in line with policy
Putting customer first considering how actions may affect them
Ensure that all Servicing functions (back office & outbound) are completed accurately and within service level agreement
Handling customer enquiries relating to Mortgage and Auto products via tools and systems
Ensure minimization of fraud, credit, and operational losses in the organization to below industry standards
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Bachelor's degree in Business or any related course, preferred
Above average English skills, both spoken and written.
Excellent attention to details.
Demonstrated time management skills
Ability to work well with others in a team.
