Job Description:
Provide support to HRSS operations
Create reports on a regular basis
Support continuous improvement efforts with regard to operational effectiveness
Update system tools and databases in a timely manner
Adhere to time schedules and work plans required by other tasks assigned such as Evacuation Marshall, Asset Custodian and others.
Ensure timely completion of required training
Adhere to Accenture policies at all times
Job Details:
The HRSS Operations Assistant supports and implements the administrative activities and processes of the AEE HR Management Team.
He/she ensures adherence to policies and procedures set forth.
Provide support to HR AEE administrative operations
Create reports on a regular basis
Support continuous improvement efforts with regard to operational effectivenes
Update system tools and databases in a timely manner
Adhere to time schedules and work plans required by other tasks assigned such as Evacuation Marshall, Asset Custodian and others.
Ensure timely completion of required training
Adhere to Accenture policies at all times Working Conditions
May be required to commute to other Accenture buildings/locations to provide HR services.
May be required to render overtime as necessary .
Willing to work on the night shift.
Temporary WFH Setup but should be willing to work in Accenture - Robinsons Cybergate 2 Mandaluyong City - Cybergate 2
Requirements:
Education 4-5year course graduate preferably business / commerce or Human Resource Management.
Work experience of 3-6 months preferably in HR or shared services related work.
Average Communications Skills Average Microsoft Excel Skills.
