Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and data architectures.
Integrate and consolidate data from multiple internal and external systems into centralized repositories or data warehouses.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across different business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Implement data governance policies, including privacy, security, and compliance measures.
Optimize database performance and automate data processing workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, quality, and accessibility.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Database Developer, or in a similar role.
Strong command of SQL and familiarity with data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Data Warehouse).
Proficient in Python, R, or Java for data manipulation and automation.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, or Azure Data Factory).
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of data modeling, governance, and API integration.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling large datasets efficiently.
Background in healthcare or insurance data systems is an advantage.
