As part of the RingCentral Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement and lead all aspects of the ways we share RingCentral's message with the world. You'll use data, technology, and creativity to target, communicate, measure, and adjust with precision- and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.

Key Responsibilities:
Building, developing and maintaining internal queries, data cubes/schema, reporting systems, data automation, and dashboards that support key business decision-makers for Marketing.
Translates business requirements into code, writes or modifies codes for sophisticated system designs, analyze and fix code defects/error.
Work closely with other data and analytics team members and IT and Business Service team to optimize the company's data systems and pipeline architecture and achieve greater efficiency across all of our company data systems.
Analyze Defects Found in Testing and Fix Coding Errors
Identifies, defines, and crafts non-functional requirements into the solution design and ensures implementation.
Proactively communicate development status, issues, and concerns to management with mitigation recommendations.
Lead research and fact-finding efforts needed to develop or modify basic to high complexity information systems.
Experienced in and able to lead the phases of the Automation Report Life Cycle on any project (feasibility planning, analysis, development, integration, test, and implementation)
Experienced data in quality management such as data profiling, data cleansing, and data standardization
Must-Have:
Computer Science, IT Graduate or related
3-5 years experience and proficiency in data mapping, data normalization, data modeling
3-5 years experience and proficient in using ETL tools like Hive, Impala or similar tools like SQL, SAS, or other
Proficient in data quality management
Experience in using reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP Business Object, SAS Visualization, QlikView, or others
Qualifications:
Deep experience and understanding of Apache Hadoop; Experience with Impala, Hive, Parquet, and MapReduce.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP Business Object, SAS Visualization, Qlikview, etc.
Solid understanding of Integration techniques (EAI and ETL); Experience with Talend, Heroku, and Alteryx is a plus
Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and RDBMS; Experience with Oracle and HDFS a plus
Solid understanding of Linux and Linux commands
Solid understanding of data profiling concepts and ability to operationalize analyses into design and development activities
Ability to build data visualizations or supervise record of working personnel to visualize and tell the story of a sophisticated problem
Understanding and experience with R and Python is a plus
Solid grasp of business intelligence concepts and technologies a plus
Demonstrated ability to build processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
Proficiency in data cube design for report ingestion is a plus
