Position Description:
We are looking for Data Encode to join our company.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Processes all volumes assigned at the start of the shift and takes on more volumes assigned by the Team Leaders for the entire duration of their shift.
-Accurately analyzes and validates all pre-populated document fields and encodes missing fields in accordance with the customers' business rules.
-Participates in special tasks and performs other duties as assigned.​
-Maintains quality standards in accordance with clients' metrics
-Ensures that all quality deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner for activities in their function
-Ensures attendance at planned meetings and other meetings required
-Acts as backup for teammates assigned by the Team Leaders and process their customer volumes in their absence​.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Ability to carry on basic conversation in English (verbal and written).
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Typing speeds greater than 65 WPM
- Commitment to continual learning
- Basic Computer and Internet Literacy.
