SUMMARY
This position will be in charge of data analysis to give more understanding on the key factors in productivity and triggers right levers in Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Can extract, transform and load data for analysis. Should be able to clean and arrange datasets before data operations.
Ø Analyzes data from company database to drive optimization and improvement of performance and business outcomes
Ø Uses predictive modelling to increase and optimize attainment of metrics and order completion
Ø Coordinates with different functional teams to implement models and monitor results
Ø Develops processes and tools to monitor and analyze data to allow early detection of negative outcomes and solutions to course-correct said predicted negative results
Ø Assess effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, reports and propose improvements
Ø Works with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive implementation of proposed solutions
Ø Performs adhoc reporting and data analysis as requested and may be assigned other duties from time to time
Ø Should be able to visualize and present data in easy to understand reports / views
QUALIFICATIONS
Ø Must have at least 1-year experience in statistics and quantitative techniques, data mining, analysis and modelling
Ø Should have at least 1 year experience in BPO Industry
Ø Must be proficient with advanced excel, SQL, R or Python,
Ø Must have experience and knowledge of Minitab or any statistical software
Ø Able to clearly and fluently translate technical findings to non-technical term through data story telling
Ø Able to work with different team members to develop strategies in solving business problems
Ø Willing to work in Alabang and in nightshift schedule
