Description
Primary Role:
- Design data reports and visualization tools
- Conduct Usability Testing to validate effectiveness of information delivery
- Monitor user-interaction with the implemented information designs
- Coordination with the stakeholders for the design and recommendations.
- Evaluate usability, usefulness, visual design, and content of existing data visualization systems.
- Develop roadmaps, Data Content organization and navigation mapping
- Quantitative Modeling: data analysis, data mining and data processing. Design experiments to test data assumptions
- Insights Generation and Data Collection
- Data Processing: Data Extraction, support the building of data flow channels and processing systems to ETL. Data Integration. Develop complex code, scripts, and data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data
- Data Governance.
- Business and Analytics Problem framings.
- Project Management: Project planning, Project delivery and Documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
- At least 5 years solid experience in user experience and data visualization, quantitative modeling, and insights generation.
- Must have experience in developing visual standard reports using BI technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent)
- Implemented views in a RDBMS (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL)
- Programmed in one or more languages: Python, C++, Java, C, C#, R, JavaScript, and/or experienced to automate analyses, manipulate Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, Word documents, CSV files, JSON data, and RDBMS; Used ANOVA or Multiple Regression to solve real-world problems in data visualization or user experience.
- Highly organized, strong analytical and resolution skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
