The Global Quality team's mission is to improve the quality of Uber's customer support by providing teams with the tools, metrics and insights they need to drive results. As a Sr Business Analyst you will be part of the team consuming data from the state-of-the-art interaction analytics solution and deriving customer experience insight based on interaction sentiment, agent behavioral data, and text analytics trends. These efforts will yield valuable insight for global stakeholders to enable their data-driven decisions.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:
Dig deep into Uber data sources and identify opportunities of improvement across metrics and operations independently
Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions improving the service experiences for our Mobility driver partners and riders and our Delivery courier partners, vendors, and eaters.
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible
---- Basic Qualifications ----
Required experience and qualifications include:
3+ years of work experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Statistical analysis or related experience
Proficient in SQL
Good working knowledge in Python
Exceptional candidates will also bring experience and qualifications including:
Effective people and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data and expertise in data visualization/presentation
Ability to end-to-end manage projects right from ideation to final execution by collaborating with multiple stakeholders
