What it's about
You will be part of Partners Group's Product Accounting team based in Manila. In this role, you will be contributing to a number of data and system specific projects and initiatives, acting as the bridge between Product Accounting and Technology.
Main responsibilities:
Implementing new elements in existing system landscape
Active involvement in an accounting software migration project
Actively involved in projects and any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Has clear understanding of processes, roles, and responsibilities across Product Accounting, Partners Group as well as stakeholders across the company
Handles standard accounting data and/or system related change management requests for all Partners Group programs impacting all existing systems in accordance with pre-defined processes
Take lead in system and operational acceptance testing activities
Providing global support and training on newly implemented processes, tools and systems
Supports Senior Data & Systems Manager in key processes of relevant area of expertise
Supports team members by providing clear and actionable feedback
What we expect
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred
More than 5 years of accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and SQL
Experience within financial/private market industry a plus
Experience with Qlik or similar business intelligence software a plus
Experience with eFront a plus
Well organized, self-driven and enjoys autonomy
Deadline-oriented with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently
Able to integrate into a dynamic and multi-cultural team
