Responsibilities
Lead and build a team of highly motivated analysts
Ensure the practical development and growth of your direct reports on the team
Coach and guide the team to perform at an exceptional level and manage expectations with various stakeholders
Address reporting and data related questions from the team
Oversee the team resources and build, develop and scale the team accordingly
Create and execute a team roadmap in alignment with the company's business goals and strategy
Facilitate decision making through close contact with management and stakeholders
Review and adjust processes to enable planning and estimation of projects / tasks while creating a work environment that allows for "continuous improvement"
Interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization and deliver information to leaders of managers
Specializes in collecting, organizing, and then analyzing the data from multiple project, data sources, and relevant systems like SAP, Cisco, HIRS, SAP Business Intelligence
Builds data models, diagnoses, validates, and improves the performance of these models over time in addition to creating efficient and reusable DAX, Power query, SQL code meant for the improvement, manipulation, and analysis of data
Proactively plays an analytical role for developing KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business's initiatives
Develops models and ad hoc reports, sharing observations and recommendations with senior data management, executives, and stakeholders for further consideration.
Strong analytical ability, doing in-depth data analysis, data preparation, accuracy, and developing insightful reports for different stakeholder groups following established SLAs & KPIs framework and definitions.
Develop and present robust actionable dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI and SAP Business Intelligence.
Provide period, monthly performance metric and month end management reporting data sets, while ensuring timely delivery of accurate information to the relevant stakeholder groups
Further works with the PMI, business's departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders, in developing business requirements, conducting gap analyses, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, through analytical data processing when needed.
Advise on improvements of reporting process with regards to data extraction and report preparation
Responsible for technical aspect of reporting in collaboration with local and HQ IT (data sources, queries, report layouts)

Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in finance, accountancy, or statistical / quantitative data analysis
Minimum one-year experience in reporting function in SSC or BPO
Strong analytical skills, structures way of working
Proven record of minimum one year of data extraction, reporting of KPIs and SLAs in SSC Finance organization
Minimum one year of preparation, data analysis and data extraction through efficient and effective use of automation / IT solutions.
Experience in assisting in the evaluation and development of enhancements to automate process for reporting purposes.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Required knowledge of SAP and understanding of relevant data structure, data extraction, data preparation and data visualization tool. (e.g. SAP BW) as a plus.
Strong relationship building and management skills
Effective communication skills across a range of audiences in different countries
Global and/or multi-divisional experience required, strong intercultural skills
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce
Experience in reporting covering Finance Processes and reporting SLAs, and KPIs
Ability to translate data and reporting requests into tasks
English language
