Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippines is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Group's Procurement department.This position is based in the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig, under a hybrid setup and working on the EMEA Time Zone.Avia Solutions Group (ASG) is the leading aviation business group, operating across all continents with offices in Ireland, USA, Asia Pacific, UAE, Lithuania, South Africa, and Australia. The group also provides various aviation services such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), pilots and crew training, ground handling, and other interconnected solutions.Role Overview:As a Data Analyst that will be part of the procurement department, you'll be collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data connected to business causes, tenders, service delivery, and IT Systems to uncover meaningful insights that will be helpful in business operations.Key Responsibilities:
Gather and compile internal data to report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Perform statistical analysis to support strategic decision making.
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust quality control processes.
Identify relevant data sources and mine necessary information for business needs.
Establish best practices, processes, and standards for data collection, analysis and reporting.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field.
Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite and an Advanced level of Excel and database skills.
Having at least 3 years of proven experience as a data analyst.
Experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Python or alike.
Ability to interpret data to explain the root cause behind issues.
