Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for gathering / analyzing data, identifying requirements basis inputs from onsite teams and accordingly generating reports
Designing and implementing reporting systems based on specific needs of team
Analyze the reports for discrepancies, outliers and highlight the same to onsite team
Schedule reports based on shared frequency and deliver them to different recipients
Proactively collaborate with Business Leaders and Team members for their reporting requirements a
Conduct both planned and ad hoc analysis, and communicating insights to the team
Performance Analysis of different facilities / insurance companies' basis available data
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics
Experience in supporting Electronic Health Record, Practice Management and Billing software
Strong communication skills and good computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills (internally with co-workers and experience talking with client teams)
Well versed with excel, pivot tables, SQL and creation of reporting templates.
