ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Data Analyst to be part of our team.
He/She will be a part of a dynamic group that works closely with our company's product partners to develop modern data-driven analysis, dashboards and reports.
He/She is expected to align data metrics with key performance indicators and report out data-driven recommendations to stakeholders on key product solutions to enhance telehealth services. This role will help assess the competitive landscape and translate competitive insights to shape data to assess key product objectives.
He/She is also responsible for the project management and execution of the company's product analytic, evaluation, and research project activities.
He/She will help stakeholders define the project scope and objectives, utilize new and existing project management tools to understand key product analytic outcomes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluates utilization, productivity, and performance outcomes for company's products and services. Deliver data driven insights, new product evaluations, and customer experience measurement.
Develops reports, presentations, data visualization views, and summary findings utilizing appropriate product analytic tools to meet the needs of the company's stakeholders. Maintain standard, product driven reporting to promote each company's product.
Works with stakeholders to identify Key Performance Indicators and performance metrics suitable to each company's product. Monitors product performance and shares insights with leaders.
Performs market research and collects customer and market feedback on new products. Provides data driven recommendations on new product launches.
Utilizes project management tools to drive team performance and cross-team coordination. Regularly review and update the team's roadmap.
Coordinates projects to evaluate utilization, productivity, and performance outcomes for company's products and services. Deliver data driven insights, new product evaluations, and customer experience measurement.
Coordinates and oversees assigned research and evaluation projects. Partners effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage timelines, and ensure results. With research related efforts, facilitates IRB submissions, amendments and renewals. Assures that all protocol procedures adhere to necessary regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains protocol regulatory documents in compliance with Institutional Review Board requirements. Ensures all project team members require IRB training.
Supports efforts to improve the day-to-day systems of the company's, Product Analytics, and other related stakeholders. Streamline work processes with system solutions, maximize innovations and work collaboratively to provide quality seamless systems functionality and capability.
Understands the opportunities and limits of the available data sets. Recommend enhancements to the data collection tools to improve visibility of product performance. Work with data source owners as assigned to correct source data as necessary and facilitate communication of those changes to end users of the system and product data.
Ensures consistent use of data within source dictionaries. Works with Product Analytics leadership to address source data discrepancies when identified and coordinates resolution with the appropriate Data Analyst team leaders or other source data owners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
Knowledge of health care delivery system and/or product analytics reporting preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and computational skills
