Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring and alerting more than 24 hour no update parcel in DC
Coordinate everyday operation with Network make sure no delay action to execute based daily Data monitoring
Monitoring and alerting more than 24 hour no update parcel in Hub and in transit
Coordinate everyday operation with Hub and Transportation make sure no delay action to execute based daily Data monitoring. On time execute inbound, outbound, origin hub sorting, and destination hub.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/College level of any course
With 1-2 years of experience in the E-commerce/Express/Logistics industry is an advantage!
Open to Fresh Graduates!
Excellent English communication skills
Monitoring and Projection of Parcels
Data Analysis & Logical thinking (can interpret data)
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Advance Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot)
Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays
