We are looking for individuals who have experience in building and implementing analytics solutions that will drive innovation and improve business productivity. In this position, you will build out sales and marketing pipelines, data around leads and construct analytics models and introduce analytics technology trends that will proactively aid in our response to current business challenges of our clients. This position is Monday-Friday and will require a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Program Manager when setting up the campaigns data universe.
Capturing all data available from a variety of sources and crossing it in all variable ways to present valuable insights, analysis on customer profile, customer behavior, risk factors, etc.
Partner with internal stakeholders to deploy impactful data analysis.
Support the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to drive key business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy by calibrating and validating data for new and existing tools.
Track down and collect information from various public websites to provide meaningful data integration to marketing campaigns, analysis, and statistical reports to be presented to clients and/or management team as a basis to make competitive business decisions.
Develop data around leads generated using external data/information that will aid in improving sales conversion and fill pipeline.
Anticipate support to potential ad hoc analysis depending on the business needs.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineer, Commerce or Business Analytics is an advantage.
Must have at least two years of data analytics experience.
Familiarity with managing, analyzing, and manipulating datasets and formulating business metrics for reporting.
Reporting and BI experience (Tableau)
Know-how in Microsoft Excel Power Add-Ins or Power BI, Microsoft Excel (especially pivot tables) DAX, SQL.
Familiarity with ZoomInfo, contact web scraping or using contact databases to handle operations and integrations for our custom CMS/CRM data platform.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to track and meet deadlines and prioritize work.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Professional proficiency in English).
Strong team player.
Customer-oriented and results-driven.
Must be amenable to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs.
Must be willing to be on a temporary WFM (work from home) setup.
Understanding of statistical analysis and experience with R or Python.
Must have knowledge in web crawling/data scraping.
