What this job involves:
Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain business partnership relationship with account leadership and functional teams as the single point of contact for data management solutions and analytics
Utilize expertise in BI to provide trusted advice and guidance to account team to drive informed decision making based on analysis of data
Collaborate with local, regional and global technical delivery teams to develop and implement effective account-specific BI processes and procedures
Liaise with regional account leadership to inform on BI and analytics usage, benefits realized, issues and projects
Engage and influence regional account leadership and client to utilize BI to support identification of problems and opportunities, and in decision making
Partner with Digital Performance Lead to gain deep understanding of account and operations performance metrics and recommend BI solutions to improve output of metrics and data
BI and Analytics Delivery
Understand the contractual scope of BI and analytics for the client account and reconcile with account/client aspirations
Facilitate delivery of standardized BI through the relevant functional team(s) and obtain client/account sign-off
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify business needs/questions that could benefit from BI analysis and informed data-driven decision making; provide advice and guidance on where/how BI could be used to create value
Develop and implement contractually required BI on client account, applying sound BI approaches (e.g. relevant algorithms and visuals) via Tableau (or relevant BI delivery platform)
Monitor usage and effectiveness of delivered BI and collate benefits realized to inform decision making on extending or remediating BI solutions for the client

The Data Analyst will demonstrate the following competencies:
Process oriented with project, task and people management experience
Understanding of outsourcing/service delivery business and its value drivers
Critical thinking and with ability to conduct analysis of business needs and requirements
Strong process orientation, able to translate complex problems into logical and repeatable processes
Relationship building and influencing skills to work effectively with professionals of different disciplines to formulate analytical solutions
Working knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling is preferred
University degree or professional qualification in Business Analytics, Data Science/Analytics, Business Intelligence, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related field
At least 7 years Professional Experience in BI or business analysis
An analytics practitioner with proven experience on using visualization dashboards to analyse and/or diagnose business data to surface valuable business insight
At least 1 year of experience working with Tableau; demonstrated experience and proficiency in excel and data preparation tools
