What's on the menu for you to do:
You will be a vital Team member to monitor performance indicators of business, identifying causes/trends and drive data-based decision making through creation of insightful reports
Support department heads in their analytical needs to help them make data-driven decisions by preparing, analyzing, and presenting data under the format of dashboards & trackers
Interpret results of promotions and processes, making valuable suggestions to raise performance of future
Work in diverse fields such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Sales and Finance
Prepare ad-hoc analysis as well as regular reporting to ensure optimization of campaigns and processes
Operation analytics to improve the logistics efficiency: customer density analysis, delivery area optimization, vendor area optimization, polygon quality
Other adhoc reports within Business Intelligence scope
What do you bring to the table?
Degree in Business, Economics or a quantitative field
Excellent Excel, SQL and data visualization experiences
Preferably with experience in Tableau and Google Data Studio
Programming languages such as R & Python are a plus
Experience working with complex data-warehouse infrastructure & large data sets will be preferred
Ability to analyze complex problems and conceptualize actionable solutions with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from different departments
Not afraid of challenging the status quo
(Junior, SQL and Tableau required)
