Responsibilities
Extract, filter, clean, validate and design data model from primary or secondary data sources like SAP, Cisco, HRIS, Sharepoint and other ticketing application
Design, amend and execution of pre-built and bespoke dashboards using data visualization tool like Power BI and SAP Business Intelligence
Calculate business related Key Performance Indicators based on established standard and KPIs definitions using advance excel formula, DAX, and Power query.
Perform data analysis based on KPIs and recommend strategies backed by data with actionable conclusions
Data Presentation to stakeholders
Understand new data and translate into meaningful presentations
Generate periodic reports for the assigned business area as per defined framework
Work alongside with Sr. Data Analyst to identify performance indicators to locate and correct problems
Provide monthly performance metric and month end management reporting data sets, while ensuring timely delivery of accurate information to the relevant stakeholder groups
Execute ad hoc analysis and reports, according to special requirements, as needed
Provide assistance during internal audits
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, especially with regards to providing relevant data, as needed in collaboration with PMI, challenge process and determine means for improving process/ way of working
Advise on improvements of reporting process with regards to data extraction and report preparation

Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in finance, accountancy, or statistical/quantitative data analysis
Minimum one-year experience in reporting function in SSC or BPO
Strong analytical skills, structures way of working
Proven record of minimum one year of data extraction, reporting of KPIs and SLAs in SSC Finance organization
Minimum one year of preparation, data analysis and data extraction through efficient and effective use of automation / IT solutions.
Experience in assisting in the evaluation and development of enhancements to automate process for reporting purposes.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Required knowledge of SAP and understanding of relevant data structure, data extraction, data preparation and data visualization tool. (e.g. SAP BW) as a plus.
Strong relationship building and management skills
Effective communication skills across a range of audiences in different countries
Global and/or multi-divisional experience required, strong intercultural skills
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce
Experience in reporting covering Finance Processes and reporting SLAs, and KPIs
Ability to translate data and reporting requests into tasks
English language
