Role Purpose
As a part of the Work Dynamics HSBC Account Team, the successful candidate will be accountable for EHS analyst support for global, regional & local teams as part of an effective central administrative team. Maintaining databases for EHS metrics, including but not limited to first aid training, first aider details, emergency response plans, fire evacuation events and earthquake risk assessments etc.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have:
Experience with managing large volumes of data.
The ability to review, file, and manage data.
Day to day engagement with stakeholders to ensure appropriate accurate data had been provided.
Focus on detail and analytical abilities.
Ability to accurately complete and update EHS information on software systems etc.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ensured an appropriate and efficient escalation when needed.
The EHS Analyst will provide support to the HSBC Account team in achieving consistent and standardised administration and analyst support.
The key objectives of the role-
Work collaboratively with EHS, Client and other functional teams.
Ensure data is maintained up to date and develop mechanisms to ensure easy reporting and updating of data for continued accuracy.
This is an exciting role for the right candidate that can bring together, an eye for detail, in supporting the EHS function, using their technical experience together with collaboration with the wider EHS team to both identify and deliver meaningful analyst support that meets Account Objectives.
