Duties and Responsibilities:
Hubspot 'champion' across the business - supporting on sales and marketing automation set up and best practices
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Maintain and update CRM on an ongoing basis
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst - minimum of 3 years
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
Experience in any CRM
Previous Hubspot experience would be ideal
Excellent ability in interpreting senior stakeholder requirements and juggle priorities
Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
Australian exposure and experience working with Sales and Marketing teams would be an advantage
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
