Background

Why this role exist
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. You will be joining a team in charge of handling and analyzing data for the growth of the company. Some tasks would involve the collation, dissection, and interpretation of the various facets of data produced within the business.
What are your responsibilities:
Combine data from multiple data sources to be able to analyze data trends and patterns
Reconcile multiple data sources to ensure data quality and integrity
Perform further analysis to determine the meaning of the data (identify patterns and trends - 'so what', 'what if')
Prepare reports based on the analysis and present them to the team
Work with other teams within the business to establish better data handling and to come up with usable data for the growth of the company
Create documentation for various services which serves as a baseline for future use
Requirements
Experience Required - At least 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis function. Preferably having experienced handling recruitment data and making day-to-day reports.
Excellent proficiency in Spreadsheets and Google Suite applications, most especially in Google sheets.
Highly proficient in SQL (programming language); Any other working knowledge in other Business intelligence tools is also preferred.
A high level of mathematical ability and knowledge of basic statistics
Education required: Bachelor's Degree
