Corrigo Service Centre Database Administrator shall perform the following tasks:
Perform data administration and system configuration tasks in Corrigo account instances, in the following areas
Users
Customer contacts
Property data
Space data
Work types (tasks)
Specialty dispatch
PM Schedules
RM Schedules
Equipment / Asset
Provide basic trouble shooting for on account teams for workflow issues when not solved by PSC / Helpdesk Write basic reports to support on account teams Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations and the Accounts Teams by providing general User support
Assign Passwords and Maintain Database Access
Analyse Impact of Database Changes to the Business
Validate Database Access and Requests
Communicate Requirements to Technical Analyst /System Administrator
Ensure Data is Secure
Ensure Corrigo Instance Run Efficiently
Ensure Platform Availability
Extract Live Data
Work Closely with Technical Team with regards to Database Updates and Design Solid Understanding of Company's Data Needs Responsible for risk management, issue management, incident management and overall escalation / risk mitigation of services offered Provide recommendations for process improvement and implement changes on processes accordingly Coordinate resolution for all levels of escalated issues including those identified by Users, Key Stakeholders and other sources Conduct New Hire and Refresher Training sessions Participate in professional and personal development programs
Adhoc tasks assigned such as facilitation / organizing boot camps, weekly forums and the like
