The Data Acquisition & Management Analyst is vital to the sales process and is tasked with identifying and sourcing relevant contacts within a set of accounts within our current book of business. The role will be primarily focused around researching our existing client accounts and acquiring and sourcing contacts for the Sales & Account Management teams to reach out to. These motions will be supported by CRM and through primary and secondary research using tools like LinkedIn, Professional Directories, Google and other publicly available sources of data
The Data Acquisition & Management Analyst will identify, screen and validate potential contacts within the existing accounts by understanding the business requirements of the sales team, assessing the outreach that they have been tasked with working on, identifying potential contacts that can navigate our suite of services, products and solutions and ensuring that the data provided is at the highest level of accuracy. As a Data Acquisition & Management Analyst, you will be part of a globally diverse, exciting and fast paced team that is responsible for driving growth at Refinitiv
Primary responsibilities:
Identify and Source contacts within each account related to defined campaigns or growth opportunities
Investigate and research existing accounts to ensure that the data within the accounts is accurate and update to date
Targeted contact sourcing within each department/requested department within the organization. Ensuring that we have contacts across our different propositions
Conduct data checks to ensure that the contacts within the accounts assigned to you are still in the role mentioned on the CRM and update the contacts with the latest details
Effectively leverage and use of tools, system and processes, including but not limited to our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Sales Automation platform and external data sources.
Secondary responsibilities:
Identify, establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across sales, marketing and operations to support effective growth and collaborative success outcomes
Take responsibility for ongoing learning and development relating to LSEG's services, products and solutions and maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
Identify market trends and new tools & technologies that assist in contact sourcing and data management.
Qualifications:
Experience and interested in deep levels of research into different sectors and markets
High Level of Expertise in Microsoft Office; Particularly, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Database Management: Experience in managing large sets of data efficiently
Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce knowledge will be a plus)
Experienced in scrapping and searching for data across various tools and platforms is a must
Knowledge of multiple languages (read and maybe write) will be a bonus
•Experience working in a professional, institutional, fast-paced research/operations team
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role
