We are looking to recruit an experienced CyberArk Engineer to join a diverse and innovative team responsible for developing and maintaining systems that underpin our Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes and controls. You will join our Privile We are looking to recruit an experienced CyberArk Engineer to join a diverse and innovative team responsible for developing and maintaining systems that underpin our Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes and controls. You will join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, which is part of the broader Identity and Cyber Security department within the wider Technology division. The department is focused on preparing for, protecting against and responding to Cyber Security events. Your key responsibilities will include: . Understand requirements, design and implement or configure CyberArk as required. . Contribute to the administration, continual service improvement and support of CyberArk, including participation in on-call rotation. . Monitor operational health and performance of CyberArk to ensure availability and the system is functioning as expected. . Proactively identify, troubleshoot, resolve and escalate issues and incidents quickly and effectively. . Perform root cause analysis. Identify and resolve underlying problem patterns, while driving to develop automated and self-healing solutions. . Produce and maintain operational procedures and end-user documentation (eg. how to guides, frequently asked questions, etc) You will bring the following technical experience: . Practical experience and knowledge with one or more CyberArk PAS (Privileged Access Solution) components - eg. Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, AAM and PTA. . Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with good attention to detail. . Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders. . Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and provide excellent customer service. . CyberArk certification is highly desirable. . Experience in an Agile environment is desirable. . Experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (eg. Bitbucket, Bamboo) is desirable. . Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is desirable. . High level understanding of Active Directory, Networking components and concepts is desirable.
