YOUR ROLE
Accurate and timely compilation of Import Declarations as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). To ensure that service expectations are met in accordance with agreed KPIs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Acceptance of Salog clearance tasks.
Compilation of Import Declarations.
Creation of Salog ad-hoc tasks.
Attention to detail and accurate data processing
Ascertain correct and complete set of documents for compilation.
Working with other KN Offices supporting team ethics to achieve milestones.
Offer alternative solutions or identify any areas for improvement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Professional education or degree in business or supply chain
With at least 2 years experience in Finance / Sea Logistics
Strong Communication Skills
Must be knowledgeable with MS Outlook, Excel, Incoterms, Tariff and Customs regulations
Knowledge of Customs Border requirements and INCO Terms is an advantage.
