YOUR ROLE
Compiles Import Declarations as per SOP Ensures that service expectation are met in accordance with agreed KPIs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all information and documents necessary for the correct and timely data transfer to the Customs Authority
Review and monitor Customs rejections, requests for information to Kuehne+Nagel colleagues and clients.
Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
File and scan documentation where necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Professional education or degree in business or supply chain
With at least 2 years experience in Finance / Sea Logistics
Strong Communication Skills
Must be knowledgeable with MS Outlook, Excel, Incoterms, Tariff and Customs regulations
