customer Technical Engineer (troubleshooting & data analysis)The VITO Group

Primary Responsibilities:
 Real time monitoring, analysis and resolution of issues of selected top customers
 Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions to the customers
 Analyze data to identify trends and areas for investigation
 Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
 Development of strategies for automatic failure mode identification and predictive maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
 BSc or equivalent in Bioengineering, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Electronics or related discipline
 1-3 years of experience in similar job positions
 Multi-disciplinary technical knowledge in some of the following areas (fluidics, optics, PCR, software and/or
mechanics)
 Knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques
 Knowledge of R programming language. Familiarity with Java and Python is an asset
 Familiarity with molecular biology, sample preparation and real-time multiplex PCR
 Good command of English
 Good team working ability and communication skills
 Willing to work on the night shift
