Job Description
Work Schedule: M-F, 1pm-10pm
Immediate Superior: Customer Support Team Leader, CEO
General Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder (Administrative Management or any relevant course)
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Knowledgeable with office management systems and procedures is a bonus
• High English proficiency, both written and oral (other foreign language/s is a bonus)
• Knowledgeable with MS Access and MS Outlook
• Must be keen to details and with problem solving and reporting skills
• Innovative and has the ability to multi-task
• Working Laptop with MS office installed
• Stable Internet connection
• Willing to be trained
Accountabilities:
• Handle requests from telephone, e-mail and revert with answers directly on such requests. These requests could be commercial, technical and support in general.
• Expedite direct via system
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Arrange delivery of customer orders and coordinate with third party suppliers as needed
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
• Keep our inhouse database aligned and updated in good working order. This includes, adding of supplier/customer company cards, adding of job cards for colleagues as needed, input of product sales price or cost prices, and exporting pdf reports from the database
• Rapport in and out of STEP database and plan own tasks within same
• Joins meetings when needed and deliver ideas for company growth and development of administrative processes
• Provides support to managers and employees
• Other relevant tasks as assigned by immediate superior/management
