CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 
The Customer Service Specialist role involves assisting English-speaking customers via email and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and time management abilities. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing customer accounts while following responsible gaming practices. We provide a multicultural and friendly work environment that encourages employees to develop their skills and knowledge of the iGaming industry. Overall, the customer service role is critical to delivering the best possible customer experience.
The main responsibilities will include:
Handling Intercom chat
KYC processes
Moderating group chat
Responding to emails
Supporting players within their custom platform (which is very user-friendly)
Qualifications: 
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Additional language skills are a plus
Average typing skills
Team-player
Willing to work on a rotating shift
Available for immediate employment
Ability to work onsite in our office in Oakridge Business Park.
