Minimum Qualifications
What makes you qualified?
• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or equivalent role, communicating with international clients through chat channel
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work shifting schedules as required
