About the Role
As an Installation and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking installation orders and converting them into successful installations of both solar & batteries. This role will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries (mostly emails) regarding the products, the status of their solar panel installation, and others.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer request orders.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Do project coordination from one team to another.
Position Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented industry.
Solar industry and project management/coordination experience is an advantage.
Energetic and has a passion for making an ultimate experience for customers.
Problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders; and
Willingness to achieve and excel in a KPI-driven environment
