Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers to effective resolutions
Manage inbound and outbound requests with professionalism and efficiency
Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills-both written and verbal
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously
A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as part of a support rotation
