Spearhead a program or process to target zero customer complaints; maintain a consistent 100% customer satisfaction level for all store branches;
Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in the implementation of Promotions and Campaigns in the store branches; that said promos and campaigns are properly recorded by Front Desk staff on tracking log sheets and POS system;
Attend the Weekly Operations Meeting
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and processes to assist customers and provide accurate information.
Collaborate with other departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any cross-functional issues.
Handle the telephone hotlines for customer inquiries and booking appointments for both Strip and Browhaus.
Monitor and compile all customer complaints for Strip and Browhaus.
Conduct a monthly customer survey for all branches.
Perform weekly store checks to ensure compliance.
Other administrative works as required by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management or any related course
With minimum of 5 years work experience in telco company
Analytical and detail-oriented
Patient, outgoing, team-oriented personality
Able to do multi-tasking, resourceful and results-oriented
Highly organized and can withstand pressure
Willing to work in BGC and do a store visits or field works
