As a Customer Service Representative, you are tasked to deliver high quality of service to the customers and clients. You are also expected to meet the following:
Our ideal candidates will be responsible in:
• Handling all calls to provide customer support
• Identifying customer's needs, concerns and requests in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
• Ensuring all issues and appeals are attended
• Acquire right amount of knowledge regarding the subject of concern of the customer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
• Excellent English written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Enough knowledge in technology (Microsoft Office)
• The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
