We are in need of Customer Service Specialists
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Provide top notch customer service to customers via e-mail and phone - inbound and outbound calls
•Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
•Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
•Complete some administration as per relevant policy/procedure
•Complete other duties as directed by the Team Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
•With at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience
•Excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Microsoft Office skills
•Fast typing speed
•Computer Savvy
•Willingness to learn
•Ability to take initiative
• Willing to work on FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
