Position: Client Support Specialist
Reporting to: Marketing Head or Operations Head
Department: Accounts Management
Job Summary: Mainly responsible in providing excellent customer service to clients by means of proper safekeeping of client records, to act as the point person between the company and client and monitoring of service delivery from reservation to move in.
Responsibilities
Client Inquiry
Manage the company's official Google, Facebooks, Instagram and other social media platforms.
Attend the client inquiry of clients from time to time.
Constantly coordinate with the client via email, sms, phone call, messages etc.,
Answer of forward client inquiries to concerned departments.
Monitor different departments' commitment to clients pertaining to their concerns.
Prepare and submit weekly customer service status reports.
Client Satisfaction Audit
Conduct post turnover/move-in feedback survey from the client.
Spearhead any crisis that involves client complaints.
Constantly monitor the company's social media platform and immediately report for any negative post/review by irate clients.
Monitor Customer Service provided by other departments.
Image Building
Work closely with the marketing department in creating articles and reviews that require client involvement.
Create articles for posting in order to properly guide clients in the entire purchase process.
Involve in the creation of client information campaigns such as: video guides and reminders.
Others
Provide assistance to team members in the department if needed.
Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Required graduate of a Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration or similar
With at least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Credit and Collection
Knowledge in Real Estate is a plus
Knowledge in Marketing a plus
Must have pleasant personality
Must be an excellent communicator and knows how to properly resolve client inquiries
must be hardworking, detail oriented, organized, calm under pressure
Must be willing to work in-office in Mandaluyong
